Mine sites and heavy industry destroy ordinary signage. Dust, wash-down, UV, vibration and constant handling take signs apart faster than almost any other environment. Most of what we manufacture is built for exactly these conditions.

What fails, and why

Standard adhesive vinyl lifts at the edges under high-pressure wash-down. Printed markings fade under sustained UV. Thin substrates fatigue and crack where they're bolted to vibrating plant. None of this shows up in a month - it shows up in a year, usually all at once across a whole site.

Built to last on plant

Our robust self-adhesive range is made for wash-down environments and holds its edges where standard vinyl gives up. For equipment markings that have to stay legible for the life of the asset, engraved Traffolyte can't fade or peel because the lettering is cut into the material rather than printed on it.
