Beyond our online catalogue, PDS Graphics offers a full range of custom trade services from our Slacks Creek workshop.

Custom Signs

We design and supply custom signs to suit any need — A-frames, swinging signs, large road signs, and indoor acrylic signage. Whatever sign you're after, we can do it, built to Australian Government Safety Standards.

Engraving

We have both rotary and laser engravers, and can engrave Aluminium (natural and anodised), Stainless Steel, Traffolyte, and Acrylic in various colours — ideal for indoor signage, acrylic letters and nameplates.

Fabrication

Small to medium fabrication work in metal and plastic, up to a maximum cutting area of 3m x 2m:

• Metal fabrication — cut, weld, bend, roll and paint Stainless Steel and Mild Steel from 0.5mm to over 25mm thick
• High-end powder coating or painting to finish your project
• Plastic fabrication — cut, weld and bend various plastics including HDPE and acrylic
• Rubber cutting — 3, 4.5, 6 and 10mm rubber in stock

Our workshop includes multiple large format printers, a UV printer, flatbed and digital cutters, screen printing benches, rotary and laser engravers, a waterjet cutter, routers, guillotines, a pressbrake, a motorised plate curving machine, MIG & TIG welders, and plastic welding and heat bending equipment.

Motorbike Decal Fitting

Our team fits motocross decals onsite, following official Motocross Guidelines for design, colours and templates.
